The short version. Manifest is local-first. Your aims, the statement you write, your answers in the exercises, your sessions, your streak and your recordings live on your device — the app has no database in the cloud for them.
Four things do leave your device, and each one is named below: your account, the text you send to the assistant, a message you choose to send us, and your subscription status. Nothing else.
This policy applies to the Manifest: Until It’s Real mobile application (the “App”) on iOS and Android, and to this website. Manifest is a daily practice: you set your aims, work through a method of fourteen modules, and read what you have written aloud.
By design, the App does not have a cloud database for your content. The following are written to your phone’s own storage and are not uploaded to us:
If you delete the App, this content goes with it. We hold no copy of it to give you or to delete for you.
Manifest asks you to create an account before you begin, so that your subscription and your usage limits belong to you rather than to a handset. You can sign in with:
The App creates an anonymous identifier when it first opens and upgrades that same identifier when you sign in, so nothing you did before signing in is lost. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or date of birth, and there is no social-network login.

Your stored aims, your statement, your recordings and your history are not sent along with an assistant request. Only the step you are on is sent.
There are two kinds of audio in Manifest and neither one sends your writing to a voice company:
Should this ever change, we will update this page before it does.
Your daily reminders are scheduled on the device itself. No reminder is sent from a server, and we are not told whether you kept a session.
Only the services needed to run Manifest:
Our servers run in the European Union (europe-west1); some of these providers process data outside it, under the safeguards their own terms provide.
Delete the App and everything on your device goes with it.
Delete your account — in the App, under Settings — and we remove, on our servers:
Assistant requests are not stored as conversations; our provider and our server logs keep short-lived operational records for security and abuse prevention.
Wherever you live — and specifically under the GDPR, Türkiye’s KVKK and the CCPA — you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Manifest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
We post changes on this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is material, we also tell you inside the App.

Manifest başlamadan önce hesap açmanı ister; böylece aboneliğin ve kullanım hakların bir telefona değil sana ait olur. Şunlarla giriş yapabilirsin:

Kayıtlı hedeflerin, beyanın, ses kayıtların ve geçmişin bir asistan isteğiyle birlikte gönderilmez. Yalnızca bulunduğun adım gönderilir.

Asistan istekleri konuşma olarak saklanmaz; sağlayıcımız ve sunucu günlüklerimiz güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım önleme için kısa ömürlü işletim kayıtları tutar.
Nerede yaşıyor olursan ol — özellikle GDPR, Türkiye’de KVKK ve CCPA kapsamında — erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama ve taşınabilirlik talep edebilir, işlemeye itiraz edebilirsin. [email protected] adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Ayrıca veri koruma otoritene (Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunma hakkın vardır.
Manifest 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verisini toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize veri verdiğini düşünüyorsan bize yaz, kaldıralım.
Değişiklikleri bu sayfada yayınlar ve üstteki tarihi değiştiririz. Değişiklik esaslıysa ayrıca Uygulama içinde de sana söyleriz.
En resumen. Manifest funciona primero en tu dispositivo. Tus metas, la declaración que escribes, tus respuestas en los ejercicios, tus sesiones, tu racha y tus grabaciones se guardan en tu dispositivo: la aplicación no tiene una base de datos en la nube para ellas.
Cuatro cosas sí salen de tu dispositivo, y cada una está nombrada abajo: tu cuenta, el texto que envías al asistente, un mensaje que decides enviarnos y el estado de tu suscripción. Nada más.
Esta política se aplica a la aplicación móvil Manifest: Until It’s Real (la «Aplicación») en iOS y Android, y a este sitio web. Manifest es una práctica diaria: defines tus metas, avanzas por un método de catorce módulos y lees en voz alta lo que has escrito.
Por diseño, la Aplicación no tiene una base de datos en la nube para tu contenido. Lo siguiente se guarda en el almacenamiento de tu teléfono y no se sube a nuestros servidores:
Si borras la Aplicación, este contenido se va con ella. No conservamos ninguna copia que podamos entregarte ni borrar en tu nombre.
Manifest te pide crear una cuenta antes de empezar, para que tu suscripción y tus límites de uso te pertenezcan a ti y no a un teléfono. Puedes iniciar sesión con:
La Aplicación crea un identificador anónimo la primera vez que se abre y promueve ese mismo identificador cuando inicias sesión, de modo que no se pierde nada de lo hecho antes. No pedimos tu nombre, tu teléfono, tu dirección ni tu fecha de nacimiento, y no hay inicio de sesión con redes sociales.

Tus metas guardadas, tu declaración, tus grabaciones y tu historial no se envían junto con una petición al asistente. Solo se envía el paso en el que estás.
En Manifest hay dos tipos de audio y ninguno envía lo que escribes a una empresa de voz:

Tus recordatorios diarios se programan en el propio dispositivo. Ningún recordatorio se envía desde un servidor, y no se nos informa de si has cumplido una sesión.
Solo los servicios necesarios para que Manifest funcione:
Nuestros servidores están en la Unión Europea (europe-west1); algunos de estos proveedores tratan datos fuera de ella, con las garantías previstas en sus propios términos.
Si borras la Aplicación, todo lo que hay en tu dispositivo se va con ella.
Si borras tu cuenta — en la Aplicación, en Ajustes — eliminamos de nuestros servidores:
Las peticiones al asistente no se guardan como conversaciones; nuestro proveedor y nuestros registros de servidor conservan datos operativos de corta duración por seguridad y prevención de abusos.
Vivas donde vivas — y en particular bajo el RGPD, la KVKK de Turquía y la CCPA — puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación y portabilidad, y oponerte al tratamiento. Escribe a [email protected] y respondemos en un plazo de 30 días. También tienes derecho a reclamar ante tu autoridad de protección de datos.
Manifest no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recogemos sus datos de forma consciente. Si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, escríbenos y los eliminaremos.
Publicamos los cambios en esta página y actualizamos la fecha de arriba. Cuando un cambio sea sustancial, también te lo comunicamos dentro de la Aplicación.
